You can bring Rune Cloth and donate them to Sorim Lightson, in The Bazaar in the Western half of Silvermoon. The reputation you gain from this quest largely depends on how much you bring back with you.
Head to Tarnaris and look for the Lost Rigger cove located in eastern Tarnaris. You can get to this area by way of a tunnel on the western side of the mountain range. The Southsea Pirates that you will battle are in the mid 40's range and drop items such as Mageweave cloth, volatile rum and silk cloth. These items can be sold for 2 or 3 gold a piece.
If you're looking for a particularly good place to hunt and kill these creatures, head to the Western Side of the marsh near Marshlight Lake. You'll find excess creatures here. The Fertile Spores themselves stack quite high and allow you to build your inventory substantially before returning to sell. If done correctly, Fertile Spores along with the Glowcaps you're seeking will make you a decent sum of Gold in no time.
I have found there are many full-grown adults playing. These are parents who would love to still be playing Dungeons and Dragons, but who would be embarrassed to ask their CPA to come on over for an evening of dice throwing and role-playing. World of Warcraft offers these people safety, too. Safety from embarrassment that they still want to game and role-play. They can "hide" behind the safety of a cartoon image and no one needs to know that their 50-year-old stockbroker spends his evenings as a Gnome Mage fighting evil with weapons and magic.
The object in this exercise is to keep killing the guards and then remove yourself from combat. The reason that you will be doing this is an item that the bodyguards have very good chance of dropping; it is called an Armor Piercer.
As for the building of reputation while in the Lower City, the first step is to find Arakkoa Feathers. To find these all important reputation drops, you'll need to go to Terrokar Forrest. Here there are two spots in particular that offer numerous methods to gather these. The first is called Veil Skith, where numerous Dreadhawks and Windrippers are located. The other zone is Veil Reskk where Shinors can be found and killed for the feathers.
To be successful in earning large amounts of gold in World of Warcraft you must be willing to put time in. Gold does not fall out of the sky or magically appear in your bank account. It takes some time and some honest diligence.
A word regarding your password. Certainly, don't let it out to anyone online - that's the golden rule (did we need to reiterate that?) Another thing to remember is that while it is a good idea to keep your password simple, don't make it so simple that guessing it becomes second nature to cyber crooks. The most common password, let it be known, is GOD. Ask scamsters. A mix of letters and digits makes your password perfectly secure.
The best things about this quest that you will not be harassed by wandering mobs since the harbingers are inside the stronghold and other players who are not doing the quest cannot see what you are killing. This leaves the field open for you to farm.
There is an ongoing argument as to the validity of the accusation of violation of intellectual property rights as they pertain to the selling of virtual cash or items. Until some large company decides to take a few of the billions that they earn and turn it on companies like IGE, they will remain.
